Weller Daniel Edition
An ultra-rare, experimental release from Buffalo Trace Distillery. Named in honor of Daniel Weller—the grandfather of William Larue Weller and a pioneer of the family’s Kentucky distilling legacy—this limited-edition series explores the unique impact of ancient and alternative wheat strains on straight bourbon.
The inaugural release features Emmer wheat, an ancient grain dating back thousands of years, aged for nearly 12 years and bottled at 94 proof.
