Redbreast 27 Year
The flagship expression and oldest permanent release in the Redbreast lineup. Produced at Midleton Distillery in County Cork, Ireland, Redbreast 27 Year Old is a Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, triple-distilled in traditional copper pot stills.
Matured for nearly three decades in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels, Oloroso sherry butts, and first-fill ruby port casks, it is bottled at cask strength (typically around 54.6% ABV) without chill filtration to deliver an extraordinarily rich, fruity, and velvety sipping experience.
