Fort Hamilton
Fort Hamilton Bourbon is a New York straight bourbon from Fort Hamilton Distillery in Brooklyn, distilled using local Hudson Valley grains for a corn-forward profile. Produced at Taconic Distillery with an 85% corn, 10% rye, 5% malted barley mash bill, it’s aged at least 5 years in 30-gallon #3 charred oak barrels, hand-selected by founder Alex Clark, and bottled non-chill filtered at 95 proof (47.5% ABV).
Product Description
The Fort Hamilton seal evokes Brooklyn’s historic military roots, tying into the distillery’s name and artisanal spirit.
